Maintenance of Accumulator

  • Every time, electric starter should not take more than 5 seconds, starting and ignition system should be checked when starting failure occurs 3 times continuously.
  • Accumulator level need to be checked every month, distilled water should be added in time when battery level is below the scale line.
  • If the battery haven’t been used for a long time, it should be disassembled , charged and put in ventilated dry place. Charge it once a month.

How to use a new Accumulator

  • Electrolyte should be added above the scale line.
  • Charge the battery for 30-60 min after leaving it alone for 30min.
  • When installing, positive pole should be installed first and then the negative pole, remember buttering the binding post.

Maintenance of Accumulator

NOTE：Don't install the positive pole and negative pole inversely, or it will cause short circuit and burning, which will damage the battery and engine badly.
